Client had 22 toll violations pending in Fairfax County General District Court traffic court.  These toll violations were issued by the Virginia Department of Transportation.  If found liable the violations would cost client over ten thousand dollars in fees and fines. 

Client was not responsible for the toll violations and lived out of country. Attorney prepared and filed affidavits of non-operation of the vehicle in question.  The case was continued numerous times by VDOT due to the Coronavirus emergency.  Attorney stayed on top of the case and each and every toll violation was dismissed by the judge.
