Failure to Obey a Highway Sign Dismissed at Trial.  Arlington County General District Court.

Ticket issued based on an imprecise measurement and assumption of alleged Speeding by the Defendant (85-90 mph).  No measurement of speed by radar, lidar, or pace. No testimony by State Trooper of speed limit signs on road.  No statements made by the Defendant at the scene of the stop.  Case dismissed after bench trial.  

Client did not have to appear in court.
