One Felony Drug Charge Dismissed and One Felony Drug Charge Reduced to Misdemeanor - Shenandoah County General District Court
Client had four pending charges in Shenandoah County and obtained the following outcome in the General District Court at the Preliminary Hearing:
1. Felony Possession of Heroin Dismissed (Nolle Prosequi).
2. Felony Possession of Methamphetamine Reduced to Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule III substance. Jail sentence was all suspended, conditioned on good behavior for 12 months. Unsupervised Probation.
3. Reckless Driving (Accident) Reduced to a traffic infraction of Improper Driving. $100 fine.
4. Plea of Guilty to original traffic infraction charge of Driving Over 13 Hours in a 24 hour period. $50 fine.
