Reckless Driving by Speed (101 mph in 70 mph zone) reduced to traffic infraction of Improper Driving with $500 fine.  Fairfax County General District Court.

Client did a tremendous amount of mitigation work before court to avoid a misdemeanor conviction and loss of license.  Client performed 100 hours community service, multiple driver improvement courses, a speedometer calibration, and had a clean driving record.
