Speeding (70 mph in a 50 mph zone) Reduced to County Code of Failure to Pay Full Time and Attention.  Fairfax County General District Court.

The original Speeding charge was a six point violation.  The ticket was reduced down to a no-points traffic infraction that does not go on the driving record. 

Fine was $25.  Case was resolved without need for client's appearance in court.
