Misdemeanor Reckless Driving by Speed (100 MPH in a 65 MPH Zone) Reduced to Traffic Infraction of Improper Driving.  Stafford County General District Court.

Client completed nearly 100 hours of Community Service, a standard eight hour driver improvement course, and a Reckless Driving 4 hour class called RADEP.  The charge was successfully reduced and helped the client avoid a criminal record and major car insurance increases.

Fine imposed was $300.00 with court costs.
