Reckless Driving by Speed (80 MPH in 55 MPH Zone) was dismissed for Driver Improvement Course and payment of Court Costs.  Client completed driver improvement course before court and case was dismissed at first court date without the need for the client to appear.  Client had a clean driving record. 

Client avoided a criminal conviction and six points on their driving record.
